Sometimes I forget how close the city actually is from where I live until I take the time to go. I often feel that whether it be winter, spring, summer, or fall there is always a good time to go and enjoy it. Just last week I went with a friend and saw the Broadway show Promises, Promises staring Kristin Chenoweth and Sean Hayes. We shopped around Times Square, (new Forever 21 has FOUR levels!) ate at a local pub (chicken pesto panini, yum!), and of course had Pinkberry! It was our lucky day, we went into Pinkberry only to find out that it was happy hour and the new watermelon flavor was half off! I'll hopefully be going once or twice more before I head back to school to stop at the Museum of Modern Art and Serendipity, which is delicious and has such a fun atmosphere.
